StrataView 48-channel exploration Seismograph

Geometrics' StrataView seismographs are engineered to provide performance unmatched in other systems. The StrataView seismograph utilizes specialized digital signal processors (DSP's) to perform filtering and correlation in a fraction of the time required by Pentium type processors.

External test oscillators are available to verify that StrataView Seismograph is working to specification. This capability is often required on petroleum surveys or on government facilities concerned with quality control.

  Applications

  • Ideal for reflection, refraction, marine, VSP and tomography surveys
  • Built-in interpretation software calculates geologic cross section from refraction data
  • Built-in high-speed hardware correlator for efficient vibrator surveys
  • Light weight and low power
  • 24-Bit over sampled result with ultra-wide bandwidth (14 kHz, 32 usec sampling) for high-resolution surveys
  • Network of worldwide support centers
